How OhSoDoh Became More Than a Cookie
A Love for Baking That Started With a Need
My love for baking began long before OhSoDoh existed. When I was still in school, I had to go on yet another camp that year — and my parents simply couldn’t afford it. So I baked. Cookie by cookie, batch by batch, I sold enough to pay for the camp… and even had pocket money left over.
I didn’t know it then, but that moment planted the seed for OhSoDoh — a reminder that something simple, made with care, can open doors.
Baking Today, for a Different Reason
Today, baking is more than a passion. It’s a second income that allows me to support my daughter fully. My sideline contract ended, and although her father is not actively involved, she deserves every opportunity, every joy, every little thing a child needs.
So I bake — to provide for her, to keep our home steady, and to build something meaningful that is ours.
Why the Name OhSoDoh?
Because everything delicious begins with dough.
Every cookie, cupcake, cake — every treat that brings comfort — starts with “Do.”
And OhSoDoh is exactly that: indulgence, warmth, joy… all beginning with dough.

I use only high-quality ingredients — real butter, real cream cheese, premium chocolates — never shortcuts. Each batch is crafted at home, by hand, with the same attention and care I would give to my own family.

It’s mainly me n the kitchen, but I am not alone. My daughter is my inspiration, and my friends and close family stand firmly behind me with support, encouragement, and taste-testing duties.
This little business is our way of spreading light, one cookie at a time.
